We only ship to the shipping address on your invoice. We use automatic shipping label printer which prints exact same shipping address on your invoice/receipt. If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address and needs to be reshipped, the buyer must pay for the shipping fees.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days and return your order within 14 days of the delivery date by contacting us here. Refunds will be issued excluding shipping charges after we receive the items back in original condition, in their original packaging. All customers must contact us first to obtain Return Authorized Number. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
