1. Eligibility:

Individuals or entities may apply to become affiliates.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Commissions:

Affiliates earn a commission for each qualified sale made using your unique coupon code or referral link.

Commission rates and statistics will be outlined in the Affiliate Dashboard.

3. Affiliate Links:

Affiliates will be provided with a unique coupon code and tracking link to be used in their promotional activities.

Commissions will only be awarded for sales made through properly tracked coupon codes or affiliate links.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

Affiliates are encouraged to promote Gains Nutrition responsibly and ethically.

Prohibited activities include spamming, misleading advertising, and any form of illegal or unethical promotion.

5. Payouts:

Payouts will be processed every 7 days.

The minimum payout threshold is £10.

6. Termination:

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause.

Termination may result in the forfeiture of outstanding commissions.

7. Modification of Terms:

Gains Nutrition reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Liability:

Gains Nutrition is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Program.

Affiliates are responsible for the accuracy of their account information and tracking links.

9. Confidentiality:

Affiliates agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by Gains Nutrition during the course of the affiliate relationship.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of England & Wales.
