Justs received them today so I can't really say to much but theres no flavor with them and il update when I get my next order before I run out of this one only taking one capsule and one scoop mixes with my prime

Creatine monohydrate, nice powdery consistency not clumpy like some others, mixes nicely into protein shake, its flavourless so you can put it in anything, there is a very faint smell but that could be the packaging, hard to tell. Scoop included however you have to do 1.5 scoops for a 5g serving? Not sure why they just didnt make a bigger scoop, Ive swapped it for an old one.Effects seem the same as others Ive tried so far, helps with muscle fatigue & recovery, can cause a bit of tummy pain and bloating which can be alleviated by taking with solid food & increased water intake.

I've tried gummies and other ways of getting my daily 5 grams of creatine. The reality for me is that, unless I'm travelling, powder like this is the most logical way. This product offers a cheap, easily mixed way to get creatine into my system. It arrived in good condition and 300 grams is about a 2-month supply. Excellent stuff

Coming in standard supplement fare this is a nice flavourless creatine supplement that blends perfectly well.The price point to amount is great, giving a long term use with very minimal cost.

Like a lot of people aware and using creatine, i have tried gummies and tablets, but i do like powder, i find it suits me fine as i can mix it.The container says 1.5 scoops is approx 5g, mixed with pre or post work out shake or water, 200ml,Every one has their own amount they want to use, so you just have to work out how much and how often you are going to use it.While creatine is widely used by the fitness and exercise industry, it's also becoming known for its benefits for ageing and cognition, which is why I have begun taking it.As a boxing coach and trying to look after myself much better since Covid, health is something nobody can afford to take for granted in my experience. My routine has been one serving a day with water.Overall very happy

With Creatine Monohydrate being available these days in many different forms, for me the powder form such as this is still the best and certainly most cost effective way of buying it.Per photos with this review, this item came without plastic wrap on the outside of the tub and although it did have a paper seal under the screw top lid this was a token gesture since it literally just sat in there and required no force to remove it this of course means that the item is not tamper proof before you receive it.Also per photos there is a 5g scoop included with this tub for measuring the recommended daily amount of 5g (one level scoop) but had to dig deep to find it but it is in there.Ther powder itself mixes well with water or into a protein shake and has no taste to it exactly as you want Creatine Monohydrate to be.Per photos with review, the tub I received has a BBE date of Jan 2027 which is 31 months from time of order which is good.At current selling price of £10 for this 300g tub the price is there or thereabouts where it should be. I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the tub coming unsealed as described above in this review, but with it coming unsealed like it did cannot give more than 3 stars.
