I got this creatine monohydrate powder to add to my weekly gym routine, in addition to using protein, as (hopefully) it will not only add muscle mass (not that Im looking to be a massive bodybuilder), but also, it is supposed to provide you with more stamina/endurance to work harder for longer. The pack contains 250g of powder, providing a total of 50 servings over a 5g individual dose. On the dosage subject, be careful to stick to the exact amount for each use, as you dont want it building up in your system and overloading your renal system and risk any medical complications. If used safely, there can be a good few workout benefits to using creatine. For me, Ive only just started taking it before each workout and whilst I think that I have noticed a little bit of a quicker bounce back after each session, it is too early days for it to show any physical changes, so far.The powder is very finely milled and the result is an incredibly easy to mix product. I usually add this to an isotonic drink that I have about half an hour prior to my workout and then have water for hydration during the workout and then finish with a protein shake about thirty minutes after completing the workout. I have found that adding the powder to a drink and simply shaking it to mix is all that is required, no need to use a blender or anything complicated. Plus, being a neutral flavour, you dont even notice that you have added it to anything, as there is no flavour or aftertaste.I am new to using creatine, but I think that the quality appears to be really good and the price appears to be reasonable for the amount of powder. However, if you purchase a higher quantity pack on the purchase page, it does get cheaper per gram of product. So far, I would recommend this product, it is easy to use, there is no horrible taste or adverse effects from using it and with any luck there will only be beneficial results with long-term use.

Creatine is one of the most scientifically studied supplements of all time. Its benefits and risks are scientifically proven, making it one of the safer supplements on the marketCreatine is a naturally occurring substance formed by two amino acids: L-arginine and L-glycine. It is stored in our muscles and brain, and helps to deliver responsive energy release in high-intensity situations like running etc.The creatine stored in your cells gets used in a very complicated chemical process called phosphorylation. The end product of this process is a molecule called ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate). ATP is the main energy fuel for all animals, including us humans. It gets produced by our cells all the time, and without it we would come to a complete stop.Creatine has been shown to promote muscle protein synthesis, which helps stimulate muscle growth and repair. By increasing the availability of phosphocreatine, it aids in the regeneration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the primary energy source for muscle contractions. This, in turn, supports lean muscle mass development and facilitates faster recovery after strenuous workouts. Also increases endurance by improving ATP regeneration, creatine supplementation can delay the onset of fatigue, allowing you to push harder and train longer. This is particularly beneficial for endurance athletes and individuals engaged in prolonged physical activities. The results speak for themselves after using creatine for many months, I've noticed an increased in energy levels, strength and stamina. Not to mention, it's also helped me recovery from workouts faster. I highly recommend a creatine supplement to anyone looking to enhance their workouts.Dose 5g daily.Hope you found this helpful.

Creatine is creatine. It's a commodity that varies only in terms of how you take it. In this case, it comes in a powder. Other than being a little expensive per gram, it's exactly as I expected; it mixes well, is flavourless and, as a regular creatine user, I've noticed no drop off since switching to this. Meaning it works exactly as expected.

I usually take this product around 30-40 minutes before my workout sessions. It comes with a scoop, and the recommended amount is 1.5 scoops, which is approximately 5g. I mix it with 200ml of water or add it to my pre/post workout shake. The suggested usage is 1-2 servings per day, but I stick to one serving daily. It mixes easily without any issues. The reason I take creatine is to boost my energy and strength. I've noticed that it significantly enhances my performance, especially during longer workout sessions. I take it both on days when I'm exercising and when I'm not, as it helps with improving my performance and supporting muscle building. Staying hydrated is important, so I make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day and during my workouts. The package contains 50 servings, which seems to be a good amount, and the price is reasonable. Overall, I'm satisfied with this product and the benefits it provides for my workouts and performance.
