These Creatine Monohydrate capsules are easy enough to take, digest and reap the benefits from with an easy way to up the dosage to your preferred level by taking another capsule or two.The dosage per capsule is very low so a daily dose is 6 capsules, which I do consider to be a lot. When you consider that most companies simply have the powder only in a tub, one does wonder whether the digestible capsules are even needed. Though simple to swallow, I canÕt help but prefer the standard powder.There is no taste to this product, so for those with very sensitive taste buds, this may be better for you.I think 6 capsules is a lot to take and reduces the perception of getting a lot for your money because although you open it to find the tub full of capsules, you get through them relatively quickly.The design is nothing special, clear and properly labelled, which is good, but nothing to add that bit of flair.Overall, effective and satisfactory but could be better.

This creatine supplement is well-packaged and has a very long best before date (August 2026 for an item ordered in November 2023).It's a much more convenient option than powder, but that comes at a cost, as these are more expensive than powder (or many capsules). If you need something "on the go" then this is a good option, but otherwise you're likely better off with powder which will be significantly cheaper per dose.

this product is confusingly and incompletely labelled.Reality: one serving is 5 or 6 capsulesContents are 240 capsulesso you have about 20 serving, depending on how many you take.the product listing on Amazon states 40 servings...this is wrongThis is significantly more expensive than buying the raw powderHowever the raw powder is anhydrous and easily absorbs atmospheric moisture and can clump.Only buy this if you want convenience.If you want a lower cost per serving then buy raw powder.

I found them easy to take and tasteless when swallowed.Personally I've had no problems at all including with my digestion with creatine but I've heard it gives some people problems.I've been using creatine for quite a while now and it seems to be helping me to train and build muscle with no obvious negative effects.They recommend taking 6 capsules per day for 4.2g of creatine which gives only 40 days supply.Price wise these aren't great value at £25 for 40 days supply. The same company also do them as tablets which work out at almost half the price per gram of creatine so I would recommend buying those instead.
