Two a day is the dosage for these tasty, teddy shaped squashy gummies, which contain vitamins C and B12 as well as ACV. No vinegary taste at all, the first ingredient is tapioca syrup, followed by the apple cider vinegar and then cane sugar. So no wonder, with sugars sandwiching the vinegar in the ingredients list. So a good choice if you really cannot stomach the vinegar taste but still hope for the health giving properties. Less of an ideal choice for purists, but a tasty little sweet treat with a virtuous undertone, if thatÕs how you prefer to roll.

The gummies have a child proof screw lid on them. This I sealed by a plastic collar. Once the lid is off, there is a piece of foil stuck on to the top of the jar which is easy enough to remove. The gummies themselves are a tiny bit inclined to stick to your teeth but not much. The flavour is very mild and I wasnÕt sure that I could taste the apple cider vinegar. The expiry date is good mine being March 2025. Overall, a good buy.

These gummies taste good, a ted sweet, so have to brush my teeth thoroughly!An additional bonus is the inclusion of Vitamins B9 (Folic Acid), B6, B12 and C.
